The big yellow slide sent Twitter into a frenzy, with its easy-access metal staircase enabling customers to climb to the top and whizz down, watched by shoppers and passers-by. Voted a huge success by customers, the twisting slide reached to the ceiling! Comments on social media included thanking Selfridges for combining two of their favourite things: coffee and slides!
